Life Science Recruiters was established in 1998 by seasoned HR professionals who wanted to specialize in recruiting and placement in the pharmaceutical,
biotech and medical device industries. 
 
The co-founders' vision was of a relatively small firm with minimum FTE's and rigidly controlled overhead costs, a specialized contingency recruiting firm that would offer clients the highest quality professional services for
the lowest possible client costs while keeping a personal touch - each client would have a primary contact at LSR with whom a relationship grounded in mutual trust and knowledge would develop. 
 
That vision became the business plan and base upon which LSR has built a successful enterprise.  While growth was inevitable, Life Science Recruiters' expansion has been accomplished by contracting with "stringers" across the USA and by nurturing and expanding its network of insider corporate contacts.  Other "Full Service" recruiters often charge significantly higher placement fees to cover offices and overhead in metro areas.  However, very few clients ever see those fancy offices. 
 
Through the years we have confirmed that prospects become clients and stay clients because we are very good at our business and we achieve a true ROI
for our clients' businesses.
