CLINICAL SAFETY OPERATIONS – Manager For a major biotechnology company. LOCATION: The SF Bay area. COMPENSATION: 125k range + bonus + stock options. Supervise the efforts of 10-15 drug safety operations personnel; to ensure effective management of drug safety data reporting and pharmacovigliance processes. Responsible for coaching, training and development of personnel to ensure improvement of operations productivity and compliance. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree 5+ years pharma industry experience to include direct management experience within clinical safety. Knowledge of global drug safety regulations including ICH and GCP guidelines.
