BIOSTATISTICS & STATISTICAL PROGRAMMING – Director For a worldwide healthcare company that develops and commercializes products for ophthalmology, neurosciences, medical dermatology, and medical aesthetics. LOCATION: Central New Jersey COMPENSATION: $170K range + bonus + stock options. Directs and supervises a team of biostatisticians and programmers involved in the design, analyses and reporting on clinical research studies. Provides consultation to clinical scientists, regarding conduct of experiments, clinical trials, statistical methodology and regulatory issues. REQUIREMENTS: PhD in Statistics 8+ years pharma industry experience, including 3 years in a management role. Strong working knowledge of clinical trial methodologies, advanced statistical theory and methods, including experimental design, analysis of variance and linear models, survival analysis, categorical analysis, robust estimation and nonparametric techniques.
